The renovation/expansion project brought the total transformation of the hotel with an expansion of the volume that has allowed for larger rooms, a new layout for the common areas and new services available to customers as the SPA center aesthetic, the boutique, a new restaurant, new kitchens and gym, as well as new staff accommodation.

The renovation/expansion, while maintaining the original architectural setting, has paid special attention to reducing pollution, first significantly improving the energy performance of the building, acting both on the casing, and the complete innovation of the parties plant, so as to significantly reduce energy wastage and achieve a minimum impact on the environment.

The design intent was to give the hotel a new image, that could represent the best of Italian design with a modern style and elegant, yet understated and comfortable, offering a product that is completely divorced from the other accommodation facilities area while maintaining a close link with the territory.
